Nurturing a stronger community
The Centre has two large halls / kitchenette and is wheelchair accessible. These are available for hire on a casual or permanent basis.
This office is bright, airy and was recently refurbished (interior paint, new vinyl floor covering). The floor space totals 15 square meters. There is private access to the furnished office, security screens on door and windows. Access to a private telephone port is available.
A 13 seat bus is available at low cost to agencies and groups in the area.
If you would like to meet people, improve skills, gain knowledge or just help out then volunteering may be for you. Volunteers help in many ways such as, clerical assistance, Thrift Shop, gardening, maintenance and driving the bus.
Volunteers bring a range of resources to the Centre filling the roles of
Receptionists, Clerical Assistants, Maintenance, Gardeners, Bus Drivers, Computer tutors, Pottery Studio Facilitators, Craft Market Convenor,
Special Project Workers and Thrift Shop Assistants
